We inform you that your personal data will be processed as follow: - purposes of processing: tax and accounting obligations; management of suppliers . - methods of data processing: the data processing takes place through instruments and devices suitable for guaranteeing the protection and privacy and may take place by electronic and manual means. - people that may get to know the personal data: public economic institutions, consultants and independent or associated professionals, Banks and Credit Institutions. The data can be also used to send advertising materials or commercials communications even through internet. We also inform you that, the providing of your personal data, is optional according to the law regarding the personal data processing; any refusal to supply the data may prevent any contractual obligations. The data controller is MONDELLI GROUP SRL, located in Via Valfrancesca, 7 Sora (FR). The person accountable for data processing is Nunzio Roscilli. You can find a full and update list of accountable people for data processing by the company. We also remind you that, according to article 7 of the Legislative Decree no. 196 of June 30, 2003, you will be able to exercise your rights by making a proper request to the secretary or to the person accountable for data processing. You shall have the right to: - obtain the access to informations concerning you and be informed about the methods of data processing and the logic applied to the procession; - ask for the delaying, block or making anonymous your personal data when processing thereof is against the law; - object to the processing of your personal data, for legitimate reasons; - ask for the updating, rectification or, where interested, integration of the data.
